UDOCX is document processing that lets users securely print, scan, store, mail or fax from any Xerox EIP MFP. Our cloud solution integrates Xerox MFP’s with Microsoft’s Office, Office365 (cloud) and/or with SharePoint (Online) without the need to add any hardware or software.
UDOCX offers:
- Authorized and secure access to the Xerox MFP using the Xerox display
- Printing of any document can be initiated from any MFP instead of from the desktop or mobile device
- Fault-free, easy sending of documents (fax and email)
- Fault-free, easy scanning of documents directly to SharePoint (Online).
- Direct access to Outlook Contacts stored in Exchange
- Fax lines can be removed
- No need for software or SharePoint maintenance on the Xerox MFP’s
- Administrators can add MFP’s and allocate specific functions using an admin Portal
